Youth mental health: a critical isssue

As they are developing, two out of five children suffer from mental health related issues that can result in isolation, anxiety or learning disabilities which can have a negative impact on their well-being. It is essential to support youth in their intellectual and emotional evolution, and to provide them with the right tools that will help them develop a strong and stable psyche and become healthy adults.

McGill University and the Jewish General Hospital's research project of the Kids Write Network will pay close attention to youth mental health issues. With the support, contribution and efforts from reputable associations and professionals including Dr. Danielle Groleau, the McGill University Faculty of Medicine and many others, we are committed to advancing research and finding the right tools and methods to improve our youth mental health.

We are eager to share the progress in our research, please feel free to visit our website regularly for the latest developments.
